Region 4 Head Start Office has made available an additional $9,000 Technology Grant to the Technology Lead Agency in each of the eight states in Region 4 to enable each state to continue and enhance technology efforts for 2007-2008.  As a condition for receiving the additional funds, the Region 4 Head Start Office is requesting the submission of a State Progress Report.  Upon receipt of the state report, the additional $9,000 technology grant will be mailed to the Lead Agency.  Listed below are all the required forms and related documents for completing this report.
